The food there is super delicious, I always don't know what kind of problems the others always have 🧐 we were always served in a friendly manner and never had any problems. We ate there on the weekend and I have to say everything is fine 😊
As always a pleasure 👍We had porcini mushrooms and pork tenderloin, it was very, very tasty!
Overpriced hotel
We took the homemade game specialties with us and were delighted with the quality. For lunch we had “wild boar aspic” with fried potatoes. Great! For dinner there was “wild boar salami” on bread. Outstanding. But we also took wild lard, wild blood sausage and wild liver sausage with us and are looking forward to these wild varieties. Thanks to the word of the house for this good game work. Best regards from Berlin.
We were there for the first time today. Loved the great food at fair prices. The great and nice service rounded everything off ..... Come to us on google ... remembered ... Of all 4ren 👍
The food was delicious, I've never had a dressing like this ... Wild jellied meat .... Steak au for seldom eaten so delicious. If you are in the area, you should definitely treat yourself to it. Thank you so much!
Delicious. Reasonable prices. Many options. Vegetarian dishes too.
Delicious food, a very nice and quiet terrace. It was really nice at your place. See you soon
The fruit cake seemed to be homemade and was extremely tasty! Unfortunately, there was no milk coffee because the coffee machine was not working (broken?). The black coffee in the jug wasn't hot enough (probably because the jugs couldn't preheat on the coffee machine as usual?). At first, the waitress didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about new guests and was a bit sloppy (we almost went straight back); During the course of our stay, however, she became friendlier - maybe we caught her on the wrong foot, can happen, but shouldn't.
Yesterday went to the Jägerhof twice and again it was very, very tasty. Very good quality, especially the game dishes, are rarely served so tasty. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will 100% come back to eat.
Nice and very attentive staff. Damn delicious food. I was particularly impressed by the homemade salad dressing. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the recipe. Lots of space for family and company celebrations. The location offers a wonderful view of Lake Seddiner. I think the website needs a bit of improvement.
The facility takes getting used to, as it is very overloaded with wall paintings etc. Food was very good and plentiful. The service was nice but, in my opinion, very insecure. One can recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
Very easy to reach, restaurant and parking lot at the house, idyllic - dreamlike location, beer garden and terrace with a relaxed view of the lake and a varied menu of food and drinks. This was our 3rd time here and will be back. Many thanks to the entire Jägerhof team! See you soon!
Unfriendly boss, lots of spiders in the rooms. And last but not least, the food doesn't work at all. I ordered a salad for € 8.50 and got an old, really, bad, yellow iceberg salad. To break 👎
Generally ok, but not recommended. Now I would describe the waitress as rude people with rough manners and bad organization. My dish was veal with Brussels sprouts, fried onions and croquettes. On the one hand the meat was a bit older and on the other it was raw inside and almost unseasoned. Brussels sprouts and onions, on the other hand, were fine. Of the two venison cutlets my friend ordered, one was clearly pork. The kitchen is generally messed around ... Unfortunately, coffee was served cold. The hint was initially denied. After this was renewed, clumsy excuses came and no apologies or anything else. In addition, there are proud prices that are not justified. Visiting the toilet turned out to be a GDR horror. Unkempt, uncomfortable without paper towels with strong smells of the feces. On the positive side, however, I can mention the prospect of that.
Staff friendly. Craftsman accommodation in dusty hunter charm. Not to be recommended as a place to stay for private individuals. Price-performance ratio not very good. Restaurant not tried, but well attended.
Inexpensive on the main street with nice seating by the lake. Beer garden. Price and performance match and the food is good.
Located directly on the lake! A very nice and cozy restaurant. Because of the nice weather we could sit in the garden and enjoy not only the food but also the beautiful landscape. The food tasted wonderful, the landlady was very nice and quick. Our little ones not only had fun on the jetty by the lake but also with the many stuffed animals in the restaurant - "Jägerhof" is a fitting name. We will definitely be back and would be happy to recommend the "Jägerhof"!
Very friendly staff, a great location and nice location. The food was also very tasty, but the portion of potatoes with the chanterelles was a little economical.
After a nice canoe tour on the Seddiner See we were very hungry, so we were exactly right in the Jägerhof. Very delicious food, nice ambience on the small Seddiner See. We will definitely be back again to choose and enjoy something else from the great menu!
Genuine local food
We sat on the terrace by the lake and enjoyed asparagus with schnitzel and potatoes.
Fresh and absolutly wonderfull
Good meal and nice staff even if they don't speak english :)
After being asked to confirm our order, as "people have been ordering wrong", we were served incorrectly, missing chanterelle mushrooms. When we asked for the mushrooms, we were told they were coming, and were to be served separately. Obviously they'd forgotten them and five minutes later a few hurriedly cooked mushrooms were brought to us in a bowl. They were unseasoned, and from the sound of the argument in the kitchen through the open window, they had indeed forgotten to serve our order with the "Pfifferlinge" chanterelle mushrooms. Not that this alone would usually inspire me to write a negative review, but the food, or rather lack of it, was not cheap, even though the bulk of it appeared to come from the freezer cabinet of the local supermarket. The waitress serving us was very friendly, prompt and considerate, but her colleague inside was extremely terse with me when I entered the dimly lit bar to ask for some sauce to go with my oven chips. The meat, 2 "Wildsteak" for my wife and 2 "Wildschnitzel" for me, was quite tasty. The two steaks were roughly 5cm across though, so provided just a mouthful. The schnitzels were bigger, but still insubstantial, considering the €17,50 pricetag. As mentioned, the brussels sprouts, chips and croquettes were clearly from frozen. Not the worst dining experience, but at those prices I find the place hard to recommend.
